I like this fish sauce for the great umami flavor, but also because it contains just a little sugar - if I need sugar in my recipe, I like to be able to control the amount I add. It's got good flavor and is a good value for the money. I like that the top dispenses it slowly instead of dumping like a waterfall. Overall, I highly recommend this fish sauce!
