Eggishorn Premium Bamboo and Cotton Mattress Protector-Waterproof Bed Cover, Soft and Breathable -King Size

Great value for the price. My organic latex bed is protected! At first the mattress felt slightly firmer with the mattress protector on. I got used to it quickly. I tend to feel a little more damp than before at times, but I am glad that we don't sweat directly into the mattress as was the case before. The mattress is almost 2 years old and I want to keep it clean and comfortable for 10 years. I will get the same mattress protector for the guest room. I like that it is made out of bamboo and cotton. It has a "plasticy" look but I trust that it is bamboo since it is described as being made of bamboo fibers that allows the protector to breathe but not to let dampness through to the mattress.

Very big, sewn in corners, King size was more than adequate and able to cover depth of mattress easily with strong hold. Recommended washing it first so I did on the bedding cycle. Water resistance proven and needed to spin twice to avoid sloshing water as removed. Sleeping on it is silent--no "plastic" crunching, rubbing sound heard.
