Delivery? Shipped late? Damaged box.

The toy is fine, however the box is entierly in one of the aisian culutres languages, the box was smashed, it was shoved into my mailbox carelessly by mail carriers. AND it was pushed back and considered "late" still araving like this. i know my daughter is one but its chirstmas. The toy looks like an 8-9$ toy. very disapointed with the rest tho. toy 4 stars, package and delivery 1 star.
