Good for narrow ear canals

I have very narrow ear canals and many headphone tips are painful for me. These are still a little too big, but they fit relatively well. They were a bit uncomfortable at first. I wore them for hours, but didn't have much ear pain so it's a win. They were pretty good in fairly loud environments.
