    One of the better Gingerbread mixes out there. I made the gingerbread for the cake lining my Gingerbread Trifle. Great gingery taste! Smooth Texture. Added a nice touch to the trifle. Easy to use, bakes evenly. I will order every year and use it at Christmas.
