Dolceoro Medical Alert ID Bracelet is an Italian modular link style that lets you add or remove individual links to upsize/downsize this bracelet.

Removing trapped lint/fiber from engraving
This stretchable bracelet will extend over your wrist (see images). Our laser-etched engraving creates a dark color effect (ink-free) that is permanent and chemical-free (ink-filled engraving could chip away resulting in faded engraving). Medical Alert ID Bracelet options are offered for cancer, high blood pressure, heart, or allergy patients or those on different medications.
Use the wrist measuring instructions and sizing chart to find your comfortable fit from the 6"-8 5/8" options offered. All 9mm modular link bracelet brands have the same width and are interchangeable with each other.
Should the engraving appear faded, use warm water and light lotion-free soap to clean it thoroughly. Use a lint-free cloth to dab it dry. You may also use a strip of clear/satin tape (any brand) to lift any remaining fiber from the engraving area.

I feel much safer wearing my new bracelet telling medics, fire, police that I am allergic to penicillin. The bracelet is adjustable. The one I ordered was way too big for me, but I was able to take the links out myself to make it fit. The shipping was very fast.
