It is not sensitive to touch. My installation was good. I applied pressure to the screen with a squeege. Sensitivity improve a little but not sufficient.. When I went to Walmart to return I was instructed to go to the seller. I looked at the Zizo web site - must be unopened etc etc. They also gave instruction to go to place of purchase.
