Too soft

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know this is supposed to be a gel and a soft gliding type of eyeliner but in my opinion, it was way too soft and when I remove the cap off if it hits the pencil part, it tears it right off because of how soft it is. This happened on day one and it made me annoyed

Disappointing

I much prefer the previous version of this pencil. This pencil doesn't go on nearly as easily or smoothly as the roll up type. I have to sharpen it frequently so I am wasting a lot of the product. Please offer the previous product. I used to buy most of my products through IT but have changed to other lines because of the changes in your line.... especially the pencils. I would come running back if some of the original products were available!! Thanks!

We apologize for any confusion however with our new Superhero No-Tug Sharpenable Gel Eyeliner, IT does require a sharpener to advance the pencil despite the plastic-coated appearance of the eyeliner. We do realize the bottom of the pencil still does twist however please know this will not advance the pencil to the top. For best results, turn the pencil gently 3 or 4 times, being careful not to apply excess pressure. After sharpening, remove all shavings from the blade edge. For the most precise definition, we suggest using our Superhero Sidekick to sharpen your eyeliner!

Cosmic copper gel pen for eyes

This was beautiful but when 0I opened it the little point burst off the top of the gel marker or pen so now I have nothing left to use on my eyes. It looks like there is some down in a hole somewhere but I don't know how to get it out. I read on the website a lot of reviews complaining about how it had to be sharpened and I can't do all that stuff I'm too old and I don't have good manual dexterity so I have to send this thing back.. So sorry, bc the color was beautiful and I enjoyed watching Rose Gallagher do her eyes with this and intended to do mine the same way. Such a shame :*(
