Worst buying experience ever
Ordered 2 sets of Avignon 25" rattan bistro counter stools with each set consisting of 2 counter stools. Two of the 4 stools arrived significantly damaged with one having a broken leg and the other stool having a split rattan throughout its length making both of them wobbly, unstable and unsafe to use. The rest of the stools showed shoddy workmanship with defects in the rattan weave as well as stains/discolored rattan. Called and emailed Pepe Deals (the Marketplace seller) multiple times in a span of 2.5 weeks without receiving any response. Also sent them a total of 18 pics showing the damage/defects in the stools. Spoke with Walmart customer rep several times to report the issue and each time they emailed Pepe Deals without receiving any response. I ended up sending the stools back via FedEx before the 30-day return period ended. It has now been 11 days and I still have not been refunded. Buyer beware! Would never do business with this seller again.
