Scratches/scuffs, other aesthetic damages, and lost jewelry are not covered by this warranty. Body and diamond jewelry is excluded from this warranty. All jewelry sold by AVORA will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. You must send the piece back to AVORA along with the original purchase receipt. A tracking number must be provided to AVORA to confirm receipt. AVORA covers only one repair or replacement. In order to honor this 90-day warranty, identifiable pieces of the jewelry must be provided.
