    $25. worth of crap

    The style I just loved in the picture but in person its a total let-down. Let's start with the fabric - I wouldn't even call it fabric - its the cheapest plasticy $1. store crap I have ever seen for 24.95. I wanted this to wear on a hot sunny day in Florida walking on the beach or boardwalk shopping but it is so heavy and clingy and just plain plasticy. I can't think of the best way to describe it. Then, the collar is sssssooooooooooooo big, its like something out of a 1960s movie.
