I am not happy about the veterans benefit option. I have tried desperately to get the veterans price and have not gotten it. I was told to call some other company and got nothing but robots! When we received the external hard drive upon opening it.We realized that it was metal and very light.We popped open the end of the container , and on the inside was a piece of cardboard , with a little led light and the port to connect it to the computer.Once I connected it to the computer brought up the device, but then stated that it wasn't recognizable that it wouldn't find it. We were sent a fake device.We are currently asking for a refund and to return this product
