QC was missed on this wheel? No out of roundness.

Weld spatter on the face but not on the inside? Extremely sharp lip (cut my new leather work gloves) and had to flapper wheel it all down with 400 grit and be repainted Black and Cleared, before mounting the tire on my Coats tire mounter and my old 2007 Snap-on balancer that can be 0.00 zeroed out calibration mode. I used this wheel as a spare. My tire balancer is lug centric, spun up with no out of roundness. Balanced with low weight on each side, with 2024 BFG AT/OK2's. QC was missed on this wheel and never seen one this sharp before "on the Lip" in the last 35 years. I have used this wheel style for years and never seen this before.
