RIA Technology Of Cyclic Nucleotides (Paperback)

The aim of this book is to facilitate the recent technology of the determination and manufacturing the cytidine-3',5'- cyclic monophosphate by applying radioimmunoassay technology, as a RIA kit determination. The protocol of the research was focused on the preparation of a specific antigen derivatives by using organic synthesis protocol and then secretion of the specific antibody using rabbits animal. A specific buffers were prepared for the protocol. A hot tracer of the antigen was also synthesized using Sodium iodide 125 isotope. the protocol of synthesis was applied on different malignant tissues in addition to plant tissues.
