I love the fabric, very soft and lightweight! I bought a large, which I usually wear. I would say they are true to size. Package came much sooner than expected. The shirt is usually the one that doesn't not fit, due to my bust being bigger than most, but the stretch actually helps it and it fit perfect! I love this scrub set and so happy I found it!
