6 x 4.4 FT Outdoor Storage Shed Lofka Resin Shed with Lockable Door and Floor for Storing Lawn Mower, Gas Cans

I bought this shed with full faith in Walmart but ended up having a horrible experience. When the shed arrived it was not at all what the marketing led us to believe we had ordered. It was extremely low quality, flimsy, and would have been very complicated to assemble. We immediately contacted Walmart to return the product and they assured us that it would be no problem. However, they passed us on to the third party seller, LofKa, and then the nightmare began. Both Lofka and Walmart sent us in circles for weeks, promising a return label and refund but then failing to take action. Lofka purposely evaded their responsibility, repeatedly asking for the same information over and over again. Walmart refused to take responsibility. They kept contacting the 3rd party seller for us and promising us a return/refund but they would not honor their promise. 3 separate Walmart customer service representatives, including a supervisor, promised us a full refund from Walmart for the product/tax/shipping within 48 hours, but no refund was processed on any of these occasions. In addition, every time we tried to reply to one of Walmart's emails (which continually told us we needed to contact the 3rd party vendor for the refund), we received an automated email saying that their email was not being monitored. Consequently, the only way to follow-up was to call and start over with yet another customer service representee, who invariably made another false promise of a refund, thus starting the cycle over again. We ordered a product from Walmart, not from their 3rd party, yet Walmart refused to refund our money. Eventually, weeks later, after numerous phone calls and emails, I did receive a refund of the product price but was not refunded tax or shipping. I am extremely disappointed that Walmart would not take responsibility for the refund. I do not intend to ever buy from Walmart online again.
