Tastes Ultra-Smooth almost velvety, slightly sweet. Tastes superb, similar to my southern ALL Italian Mother's 10-14 hour weekend sauce. Add your meats, sausage, meatballs, pork or beef ribs, accordingly with Parma cheese will balance out the sweetness of the basil perfectly!
