Did you know all seafood has traces of Mercury? And you body can process (remove) up to the amount in 3 oz of tuna per day. So, this, in theory, is safe to eat once a day. (Except kids should never eat tuna.)

I like the Hickory Smoked flavor, it is not strong, but you recognize it. I live alone so I can just dump a packet in a small bowl (I use a coated paper bowl). I add a spoon of mayo so it stays together and a touch of mustard. Then I put it on my favorite crackers. I usually add cauliflower florets and dip them in fresh ranch dressing. The freshness date is usually two years or more in the future. They sometimes put them on sale for a dollar a packet and I stock up. They have other flavors, but this and the plain albacore are the only ones I buy now. I love having them available when I don't feel like preparing anything.
