Was a conveniently sized single serving pouch. Pouch is metallic, which is healthier than plastic. Right now, more readily available than water packed cans. This is water packed, wild caught and lower sodium. Plus, no can opener required. A good size for school lunches. No refrigeration required. I thought it tasted great.
