I like these for an easy lunch. The spice is great, enough to clear my sinuses, but not too spicy I can't eat. The only things I do different from the directions is I add the seasoning in when cooking so it cooks into the noodles some and I find that the noodles are more consistently soft if I flip the noodles at the halfway point (2 minutes), instead of cooking for the full 4 minutes on one side.

These are extremely spicy, I usually drain out most of the water before adding the seasoning and I like the texture more this way. I also don't add the vegetables. I have been obsessed with these for months.
