I love Margaret Holmes greens.
Actually I love all of Margaret Holmes' products - they're quite tasty. But her mixed greens are good enough to eat as an in-between meal snack (to me), packing a lot of vitamin and mineral punch with very few calories. Because I have to watch my diet, I do rinse them first because canning generally adds a lot of sodium. And once opened, I put them in sealed plastic containers, where they will last in the refrigerator for more than a week.
