This soup mix is a good source of protein and fiber and is fat free! Kosher, not for Passover use. This soup can be made into a heartier meal by adding chicken, meat* or vegetables. *NOTE: if adding chicken or meat, the soup is not parve.

Cooking Directions: Bring 5 cups of water to a boil. Add the contents of this bag to the boiling water. Cover tightly and simmer over low heat for 45 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Season to taste. Makes 4 one-cup servings. For a heartier meal, try adding chicken, meat (Note: If chicken or meat is added, soup is not Pareve) or vegetables. Cooks in 45 minutes.
