Phenomenal. I hadn't tried them because I just wasn't familiar with making a sweet roll into a bagged item. However when I did try one I was impressed! I don't always enjoy the pastries without heating up, but the sweet rolls are just as good either way - making it more enjoyable for me to take on the go. The frosting is just the right amount and I enjoy the soft and firm texture. I'll be buying these more often!

Go-to healthy treat!
This has a been a critical staple in my diabetes reversal journey. It serves as a healthy, filling breakfast or delicious evening snack that does absolutely nothing to my sugar levels and gives me a protein kick that supports my workouts. Eating them straight out of the bag or a quick warm-up in the micro is so good. The cost is a factor, but the quality and health payoff makes it worth the weekly purchase.

This is my favorite product
This is my favorite product from this brand. All the protein pastries from Legendary are a standout for me. They're soft, sweet, and indulgent except with 15–20 grams of protein and almost no sugar. Warm them up for a few seconds, and they feel like dessert without the guilt. I absolutely love them.
