After using this specific ginger oil for a few weeks consistently I have a noted a few things about it as well. When opening the glass bottle off the bat you notice the smell is not overpowering as you might expect but it has a unique very light gingery smell. Each jar top serves as a dropper as well so you can measure how much you would light to squeeze out which is MUCH needed with this product. This is because this product is very oily , partially due to the grape seed oil which is one of the top ingredients in this which isn't necessarily a bad thing because it causes the product to have a very light consistency. My hair has a pretty low porosity so this absorbs best as a carrier oil put inside of a purée I already use in my hair care routine. In terms of an effectiveness , this product is very hydrating for both the hair %26 skin on my head and face as I apply it to my beard as well. I haven't really noticed any added hair growth which could but there are many varying factors in that per user .My skin on my face is sensitive and one thing I noticed it hasn't caused any breakouts or clogged pores either which is a plus. For the price paid I can say I'm not dissatisfied with the product and it was worth the buy.
