Hearty and Worth Trying!
They are hearty and preparation is super easy. I only need a half a bag when cooking meals in a 3 QT crock pot. They taste great! I use them all the time. I highly recommend over higher priced brands. The quality is excellent. A caveat: if you cook them too long they tend to fall apart, but that's true of any noodle that gets overcooked.
