New potatoes

Very good canned new potatoes. Lots of folks have never tried canned new potatoes. We have been using them for decades. Wish they had them in larger cans, even the "gallon" cans. So easy and excellent taste. Dump in pot, butter, season to taste. We boil for 15 minutes and let rest for 10 minutes. This way the taters soak up your seasonings. You can prep / cook many different ways, but this is an easy, fast, healthy side dish. Great big pot for large gatherings.

Overall a good buy and a very good pantry staple. Good appearance which would taste better with spices. All multipacks were opened %26 packed in oversized box with an open corner so one was missing. Inflated bag packing was flattened. would buy again but would prefer enclosed multipack.

Better than the name brand

I love using canned potatoes and the Great Value brand has surpassed my expectations. I had been buying the national brand and thought I would give the Walmart brand a try. I was pleasantly surprised to see what nice quality these potatoes are. They actually are a better quality than the name brand. They are more uniform in size and have many fewer brown spots. In fact, in most of the cans, there are not brown spots that need to be removed. I highly recommend these canned potatoes.
