Instructions
Just add water & heat. Microwave in the pouch: 90 sec. How to Cook: Microwave (Microwave times may vary. Take care when handling and opening the hot pouch. Refrigerate unused portion). 1. Squeeze pouch to separate rice. 2. Tear two inches to vent. 3. Add 1/3 cup of water to pouch contents. 4. Cooking times: 1 pouch - 90 seconds, 2 pouch - 2-1/2 minutes. 5. Remove from microwave using cool touch area on untorn side and stir until water is absorbed. Skillet: 1. Squeeze pouch to separate rice and pour contents into a skillet. 2. Add 7 tbsp. of water and heat. Stir rice occasionally until heated thoroughly and water is absorbed.

When I use this risotto, I shall take some chicken thighs separately and then put them on a big pot with the risotto. Mix the required water and let it all simmer together and I end up with chicken thighs with the gravy and the mushroom risotto altogether makes a wonderful meal and since I'm alone at last me all week.
