I love to add these to my Homemade Italian Chicken Soup. I make tiny chicken meatballs then add torn escarole with chopped garlic and onions,carrots and add these gnocchi at the last minutes. Then I grate fresh Reggiano Parmesan on top. It us Soooooooo delicious. These when cooked properly are little puffs if delight😋😋
