1. Bring 4-6 quarts of water to a boil, add salt to taste. 2. Add pasta to boiling water. Stir gently. 3. For authentic "al dente" pasta, boil uncovered, stirring occasionally for 11 minutes. For more tender pasta, boil for an additional minute. 4. Remove from heat. Drain well. 5. Serve immediately with your favorite Barilla sauce.

I've tried a lot of protein pastas and some have been absolutely horrible. I tried the Banta one and it tasted like cardboard. Trust Barilla. This brand does not disappoint. It's good and you get some protein. It doesn't turn slimy like some protein pastas and it doesn't taste like cardboard. This one is as close to traditional pasta.
