These look amaaaaazing in my pantry. My super posh MIL was dripping with envy. I researched jars for ages because I wanted to transition my family away from leaching microplastics - and it is so.freaking.expensive to buy large fancy pants jars with clamping lids. Did I still buy some for things like nuts which are prone to going bad? Yes. I sure did. But I also bought the super big and much more affordable ball jars with these lids for a ton of stuff and they look amazing and blend in great with the fancy jars. I had two main qualms- you have to hand wash the lids (yes, I fully understand I am being whiny and lazy in admitting this) and sooometimmmes the seal doesn't quite fit. But these are natural wood and glass items, you are bound to have an off floor board every once in a while. Overall though, good seal and price to get away from plastic storage. And extra bonus points for upstaging…everyone I know. ;)
