Leave it to the Paul Newman brand to give you your monies worth then have it go to something good too. Always fresh and natural, who could want it any other way? Low in salt and high in flavor. It's a good thing. It can also be used in different ways. As a toping for pasta, potatoes, or drizzled over veggies. It's a must-buy for me.

I took a shot that this would be good on Subs that I make at home, and I'm so glad I did! This is outstanding. It's not so oily that it soggy's your bread. Neither the oil or the vinegar is overpowering in taste, and the added spices are subtle yet outstanding that they lift up an otherwise boring oil and vinegar alone. I have no doubt this would be great on a salad for people who only like oil and vinegar, but for me this was for Italian subs I was making at home and it was perfect!
