Cuisinart CBK-210 Convection Bread Maker

I have thoroughly loved my new bread maker! With a busy work life, I have never really had the time to make good, healthy, whole grain breads - and this makes that easy! I grind my own flour from whole wheat berries and this machine bakes the perfect healthy loaf - I couldn't be more pleased - AND, I can eat bread again!

I had been waiting far too long to take the leap and buy this bread maker, and I wholeheartedly wish I had bought it sooner. This is such an easy way to get into bread making, and the included recipes are enough to keep you busy for a while. Initially, I was hoping this bread machine would eliminate some of the weekly grocery costs (minus the cost of ingredients), but now I find it's enough to have some fresh bread to offer friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers. One of the few units I've been able to find that is both relatively affordable and not inundated with unnecessary plastics. Very easy to clean and simple to use. The only thing I would suggest for anyone buying this is to keep track of the paddle; I can't tell you how many times I've loaded the basket with ingredients and gone to start the cycle only to find the paddle sitting off to the side of the machine, leading to some sticky hands and dirty countertops (your hands and counters were going to get dirty, anyway).
