Tripp Lite USB 3.0 Keystone Panel Mount Coupler (F/F) All in One Black (U325-000-KP-BK)

We placed this order on Friday 4/8/22, SIX days ago, and it was supposed to arrive tomorrow, Friday 4/15. We just received an email from Wal-Mart today that the order is delayed, and to check the order details for more information. I open up the order details page and it hasn't even SHIPPED yet! It's still marked “preparing.” I sent a message to the seller asking if that's accurate and it said that they have 48 hours to even respond to us. The BEST part: in the past 6 days, they had time to up the price by 68%, but they didn't have time to fulfill their existing orders. (And yes, you read that right; the item was $11.37 when we ordered, and is now $19.18). I see from the reviews that we are not the first customer to have an issue with this seller, especially when it comes to shipping. We are a business as well, and things like this can seriously impact our operations. Why were we not notified it hadn't even shipped yet until the DAY BEFORE it was supposed to arrive? That is honestly the biggest issue; if we were notified in a timely manner, we could have purchased it somewhere else. I guess that's what they're counting on- that by now you'll just let it go and it'll arrive when it arrives. Not this time. We will be canceling the order and purchasing the item from somewhere else.
