The men's Georgia Boot Carbo-Tec LTX waterproof composite toe work boot is designed to offer extreme performance and comfort built into an extremely lightweight boot.The upper on this men's 8-inch waterproof protective toe work boot is made with abrasion- and chemical-resisting SPR™ leather. It features a removable brush guard kiltie that protects shoe laces from brush and debris, a padded tongue and collar for added comfort and a nylon pull tab. The abrasion resistant heel includes a reflective stripe detail.The Ergo-Fit composite Nano toe cap is nonmetallic and meets ASTM F2413 impact and compression standards for protective toe footwear.The interior is lined in a soft mesh material that covers the Georgia Waterproof system. A 3-D molded counter pocket locks your heel into place and provides padded support. The removable memory foam insole is comprised of a polyurethane base topped with a layer of memory foam for all day comfort.The base of the boot features a fiberglass shank for added stability and arch support and a dual-density EVA and Carbo-Tec Rubber outsole. The Georgia Boot warranty does not cover damage due to holes worn in toes, burn marks, punctures, cuts, and abrasions from outside causes or misuse and/or abuse by the wearer. The warranty may be void if the user applies any materials not recommended, such as polishes, oils, or other chemicals that result in damage to the materials of the footwear. All products must be returned and inspected before FULL CREDIT is issued or a REPLACEMENT of the same or equal value is given. GEORGIA BOOT DOES NOT PRO RATE OR OFFER PARTIAL CREDIT. Been watching these boits for couple years, I have multiple pairs of boots to be able to rotate for maintenance on them. I noticed other reviews that indicated an improvement in this boots durability & decided to try a pair, they were very comfortable right out of the box. As for durability that is going to take some time to prove out. Unless my first purchase had been mislabeled these boots run large. I measured 2x to be sure 10.5 m was my size and you would have thought ai bought 11, the return/exchange went smooth & my 10m's fit just right.
