Curel Itch Defense Calming Body Lotion for Dry, Itchy Skin, 13 fl oz

I was shopping online for a lotion product for my very dry skin. I have a thyroid disorder that causes me to have really dry skin. Plus add winter weather on top of that and I am sometimes itching and scratching from the dryness. I read the reviews of the Curel Itch Defense lotion and the description of the lotion and decided to give it a try. I really wasn't expecting much as I figured it was just a lotion. So when it arrived and my lower leg started itching and I was scratching and scratching, I remembered the lotion. So I gave it a try not really expecting much. But to my amazement, it actually worked. It stopped the itching. I do have to reapply the lotion a few times a day but it does relieve the itching every time. I don't know what is in this lotion that helps so much but from now on this lotion will always be available in my home. I hope this review helps you decide on your purchase. Part of the description on the back of the lotion bottle says: Rebalances four components of healthy skin: ceramide levels, pH levels, moisture levels and cellular turnover. It also said it is allergist tested and pediatrician tested and is good for babies six months and older. The lotion is fragrance free and is dermatologist recommended.
