But not enough to warrant a pad. These yoga pants are key to my active lifestyle. I feel confident in them knowing they're moisture wicking and I'm not going to have any embarrassing moments. I wore these leggings to the gym today, it's great period wear, you can just run and not worry about anything. There is built-in underwear with a built-in cloth pad (not removable, part of the leggings), very soft, after the work out you can just put it in the washer. There was no see-through from the outside, the absorption pad did a great job. Recommended!
