Safety 1st Strollerette Compact Stroller, Mercury,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel, I received the Safety 1st Strollerette Compact Stroller. It's a great umbrella stroller and I was surprised at how big it is! My 4 year old sits comfortably in it and loves that he is tall enough to reach the foot rest, while my 1.5 year old enjoys it as well though her feet don't reach the foot rest. The size has made it the perfect stroller for keeping in the back of our SUV without taking up too much space. We recently traveled to visit family and barely took up any space so we were able to comfortably fit everything in our trunk and still have extra space! The stroller itself has a large amount of space for putting items we need. We took it on a walk where my 1.5 year old rode her bike and gave up partway home. I was pleasantly surprised that her small bike and helmet fit in the bottom of the stroller. We have also taken walks with other items like a small toy wagon and a baby doll stroller that were abandoned by my children and both fit wonderfully in the cargo space of the Strollerette! The absolute best part is how easy and simple it is to close and open the stroller! Almost so easy you can do it with one hand, though 2 are required for folding it back down. I love that there is a handle to grab to pick it up to place it in the car. We look forward to using this stroller as often as possible when a smaller stroller is the best option for us!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Safety 1st Strollerette Compact Stroller is a good, robust-sized umbrella stroller for day-to-day life. It is a nice looking vertical fold stroller, which means it folds into a narrow, long shape. It's pretty easy to unfold once you find the snap and realize you need to push down with your foot to lock it in place. I actually really appreciate the lock because I have used strollers in the past that have collapsed during use because there was no secure lock! Once unfolded, it is spacious with a comfortable seat, easy to buckle harness and a great recline that can be used on the fly. There is adequate canopy coverage and my favorite - a peekaboo window to check in on your kid. It's a good size and even my 40”, 35lb 4-year-old was able to fit in it. One-handed steering was possible for short amounts of time and the handles were comfy and padded. The storage space was great! I could put my diaper bag or other bags and shoes underneath. This is super convenient when we are doing errands. I was so grateful to have the space. Braking is easy, and the ride is pretty smooth on this with good curb-pop. It doesn't ride on grass, but it's not expected to. It's pretty lightweight and not cumbersome to fold and unfold once you get the hang of it. It's easy to leave in my trunk and doesn't take up a lot of space at all. It also easily stands up in my garage when we don't need it in the car. Oh and it has a GREAT cup holder that fits a yeti! Overall, I love the storage and compactness of this stroller. I can't wait to continue using it for day to day errands!
