Super soft under eye puff

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted these powder puffs in exchange for my honest review. I've only ever used one powder puff product like this and actually was not a fan of it because it was harder than I expected and too big for under my eyes. Luckily, these puffs are exactly what I wanted them to be! They fit perfectly under your eye and they are so EXTREMELY soft! The powder goes on smoothly and it's a super user friendly product. I think these would be great for people with dexterity issues because all you need to do is stick it over your finger, which seems like it could be easier than a brush for some people with those issues! My sister has Cerebral Palsy and I plan to gift her a few of these when I see her because I think this would be a great product for her and help her maintain her independence. Also, bonus points from Popcorn (my cat) because she loved using this for a pillow until I sadly took it away from her. But it gets the stamp of approval from us both!
