This is a really amazing tasting. A whole bottle doesn't even have as many calories as one can of Coke or Mt Dew!!! Plus it quenches or thirst. Seriously!! It's got probodics. It replenishes your electrolytes and honestly it really does taste awesome. The only downside see I am going to be honest is the price. I remember buying it for my kids well it was just regular. They didn't have all these varieties but anyway it was just a little more than a $1 It's now almost $ 5.50 a bottle. So it's really hard to find something good and healthy you gotta pay I guess just like fruit. I don't understand. Anyway I tell you it's worth it!!
