Rare is it these days that a company will stand behind their product when the failure of said product could be construed as "wear and tear" type of damage. The best case ever!

I ordered the UAG plasma case for my Samsung Note 20 Ultra and it is the best case I've used so far. The case is well balanced on your palms, grippy and very sturdy. I find the plasma to be the perfect balance of aesthetics and protection. I initially had an issue on my side with the mailing address and the UAG staff were very quick to respond, they were very friendly and attentive. UAG does not disappoint. :100: Recommended.
