They don't seal it before shipping!!!

The product would be great if it didn't arrive damaged and then on top of that Walmart wants me to leave my house and take it somewhere to ship it back to them when I shouldn't have to be dealing with any of that to begin with. There's no reason why I shouldn't be able to send them a picture of the damage item and they refund it but of course they want to be difficult
