Cheap material, too light weight and flimsy.

This item is made of the lightest material I have ever seen on a clothing item. It's flimsy and made of poor material. The purpose of wearing a raincoat is to keep your clothing dry...but, this doesn't serve the primary need at all since it is thin and too light weight. Do NOT spend your hard earned money. This probably cost $2 to construct!
