'Glad Press''n Seal Food Plastic Wrap - 70 sq ft Roll'

I was sent the wrong plastic wrap. My order was for the Americana Glad press n Seal plastic wrap!! They sent the regular wrap (not decorative)!!!!!!!

I love the product. I try to use it all the time. BUT The plastic cutting edge doesn't work! The strength of the sheet bends the cardboard box, pulls the silly little plastic cutting strip off and then, as the roll gets smaller the two little plastic plugs on the end of the roll, fall out and so the roll is just in the box. You know, wax paper uses a metal cutting edge. Saran wrap uses a metal cutting edge. I'm guessing you are trying to save money, but that silly plastic cutting strip - doesn't cut, doesn't work and tears loose from the box way before the roll is finished. PLEASE, I KNOW ENGINEERING CAN DEVELOP SOMETHING BETTER! This is not rocket science! I can't be the only customer that has this problem. HELP!!
