To all those who have a crooked chair, check the bottom bracket on the seat, there is a sticker that says front, and an arrow on the bracket ALINE it with the front sticker. And reattach the bracket correctly. NOW YOU HAVE A STRAIGHT CHAIR. ENJOY, I LOVE MINE 🤩. BUY THIS CHAIR ITS GREAT 👍. mine was crooked too 😆 lol
