Not holding up at all

It's a nice looking casual belt, but it is falling apart after 2 months - the stitching is coming undone, the color is wearing away and the leather is cracking all over. Worst of all, the belt slides around. Never had a belt do this before. My husband puts it on and it fits securely, but within 2 hours the buckle has moved from the front to his side!
