If overthinking had a club like AA, membership would almost need to be mandatory since so many of us do it. After years of being miserable, I accidentally found a way to move past overthinking and be happy.
No it is not a pill, fitness routine, diet, miraculous transformation or miracle. But putting in the work makes you happier along the way to becoming the best, happiest, version of you.
Getting over a relationship and moving on is difficult and simply put, overthinking is the root of all evil and cause of that not happening in a timely, orderly fashion. In this short book, I explain to you what worked for me in hopes that maybe you can use some of these suggestion to create the ah-ha moment like I had that took my life from miserable to fantastic.
This book is under 40 pages long and does not go into the scientific workings of the brain, really what people need now days is simplicity and my sole purpose to keep this short was to keep your attention and get my message across.
