State coercion: problems of legal theory and practice (Paperback)

In the monograph separate problems of legal science and practice of state coercion are investigated on the basis of using a systematic approach in establishing the essence, content and structure of state-coercive impact both in the sphere of regulatory and in the sphere of protective legal regulation.
