Fabulous Curry

I've tried all of the flavors and recommend them all! They taste authentic and are very flavorful, easy to make and I just add a 1 pound can of chunk chicken breast. Easy as can be. I like it over yellow saffron rice. I've had the green, yellow red and Paenang (sp?) and loved them all. They do have some zing in them, but I like spicy. I lived in Thailand and this is as close as you can get unless you go to a Thai restaurant.

this is excellent! I love the blue elephant products! I've been using them for years and my most favorite was the Red curry but Penaeng Curry is my absolute favorite and I finally tried it and it's excellent! it's quick and easy and I add extra fine thin green beans broken into pieces to give it a little bit of something more and 90 second microwave rice! I'm buying two more packages right now!
