Not Worth the Money
1st door box was broken and screws were falling out %26 parts inside were not secure. Company was nice and sent a 2nd door but it was evident this was not 'new' due to screw holes looked like screws had been used. One piece that goes top to bottom was not long enough until we realized it had been 'cut'. Hubby is a seasoned do it yourselfer but this both of us all day. Directions are horrible. I would never recommend this product and surprised at the %23 of stars. BTW the 1st door was left at our front door today and we didn't know until we went out. In and Out Co. said shipping is so expensive to just keep that one. Ok but the 2nd one sure appeared to have been 'used' but then we get it... unacceptable. We finally couldn't get any of the parts to work right but got it installed but it's not what was expected for over $700 (tax included). We have installed many a dog door in pool screen enclosures and more but this thing was a nightmare. I just could not recommend this at all the fenagling we had to do for it to fit. We have to tackle it again tomorrow to finish it. We were at a point where I figured they wouldn't take it back BUT like I mentioned the 2nd one looked like it had been started then returned due to the screw holes showing signs of being screwed in the flap and the top piece was already cut. Just where has the quality of products gone? Just too much $$$ for this piece of garbage so please don't waste yours on it.
