someone cut the tape with a knife to open my package, it appears that they were inspecting the contents of the package to see if they wanted to steal it, I was home at the very moment it was delivered, so I can confirm that it arrived and this condition, there are also two roundish holes on the box that looks like the package suffered damage, but it is unmistakable that the tape that seals the box was cut open it does not look like it ripped, it looks like a clean slice through the tape in order to open it up and look inside of it, someone was most likely trying to decide whether or not they wanted to steal it.
